Ms Pansy Ho
Ms Pansy Ho is the Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings Limited, a conglomerate listed in Hong Kong with core businesses in property, transportation, hospitality and investments. Ms. Ho serves as the Chairman of Artyzen Hospitality Group, a collection of luxury hotel brands distinguished by their Asian cultural roots and offerings, as well as Jetstar Hong Kong, a new low-cost carrier with Hong Kong as its home base. Both Artyzen Hospitality Group and Jetstar Hong Kong are subsidiaries under the Shun Tak Group. Ms. Ho also serves as the Co-Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, and holds top capacities in travel and hospitality related businesses including Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre, Air Macau Company Limited, King Power Duty Free (Macau) Company Limited and Macau International Airport Company Limited.
Ms Ho is dedicated to the promotion of tourism on the international front. She currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of World Travel and Tourism Council, and Chairman of the Global Tourism Economy Research Centre which she founded and which hosts an annual highlight event, the Global Tourism Economy Forum, in Macau. As the first official PATA Foundation Ambassador, she has also been a member of the Board of Directors and Industry Representative of PATA and Vice Chairman of the Program Committee for the 54th PATA Annual Conference. Ms. Ho is the first Chinese Ambassador of the Louvre Museum. Since 2006, she has served as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Peru in Macau.
Apart from her business endeavors, Ms Ho devotes her time to a host of economic, social and public services where she continues to make positive contributions to the economic and social fabrics of Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Such participation includes being a Standing Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Beijing, Standing Committee Member of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, Vice Chairman of China Chamber of Tourism, Vice Chairman of China Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Committee Member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Vice-Chairperson of Macao Chamber of Commerce. As a strong advocate of women and children empowerment, she is also serving as the Vice-Chairperson of the Hong Kong Federation of Women, Vice President of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, Court Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Founding Honorary Advisor and Board Director of The University of Hong Kong Foundation for Educational Development & Research Limited.
